Plain Man - Animation Time!

Today's Animation Time features the Plain Man Rig.
Head - light tip forward and out
Chest - puffed out and pulled back, twists to allow for the arm swings
Hips - rotate to offset the chest with a medium bounce
Legs - outstretched medium long running steps
Feet - drag back and flop down with overlap in the toes
Arms - extra wide swing out and back
Hands - overlap and drag from the swing of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers and thumbs
