Keeled Over Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Keeled Over Walk.
Head - slight dip down and inward on the passing position
Chest - pulled inward with a light compress and release
Hips - offset the chest twist to favor the next step
Legs - weak knees low small steps
Feet - low to the ground rotate back on the passing position light toe flop
Arms - Left arm outstretched with a light relax and stretch Right arm cradling the abdomen
Hands - Left hand reaching out slight relax and stretch on the fingers Right hand cupping the abdomen
