Loafy Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Loafy Walk.
Head - leaned forward, light side to side swing and sway
Chest - bent over, compress and twist side to side
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, extra side to side sway
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - extra large, drag back on the passing position, land with a heavy toe flop
Arms - dangle down, medium swing
Hands - extra large, hang down, overlap and drag from the swing of the arms and forearms
