Head - light dip down 1 frame delay from the neck
Chest - caved inward and down light compress and release
Hips - rotate to offset the chest minimal sway side to side
Legs - low medium steps extra bent knees
Feet - wider gait slight rotate outward rotate back on the passing position with a little toe flop
Arms - bent inward holding the weight of the hammer
