Flex Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Flex Walk.
Head - light bob on the passing position
Chest - sway and twist side to side extra puff out
Hips - rotate to offset the chest twist to favor the next step
Legs - wide gait low small steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position medium heel and toe flop
Arms - hang down drag up and flex
Hands - follow and overlap the sway and swing of the arm
