Head - light up and down extra side to side
Chest - caved inward minimal twist and compress
Hips - rotate to offset the chest twist to favor the next step
Legs - low medium steps extra bent leg
Feet - rotate back on the passing position light toe flop
Arms - pull back and smack into the skull
Hands - clenched fists overlap and drag from the movement of the arm
