Shimmy Up Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Shimmy Up Walk.
Head - light side to side sway and overlap on the chin
Chest - extra side to side compress and twist
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and allow for the next step
Legs - low medium, upward movements
Feet - swing inward and down on the passing position, land with a little toe flop
Arms - prop up the body and allow for the movement,
Hands - press against the walls, sway inward and flop down




Raising Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Raising Walk.
Head - tilted up, leans back and tilts up further
Chest - puffed out, light side to side compress and twist, pulls back further,
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, and favor the next step
Legs - low small steps
Feet - light rotate outward, drag back on the passing position, land with a little toe flop
Arms - stretched up, stretch out and up further
Hands - raised, lift higher overlapping from the movement of the arms and forearms
