Decline Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Decline Walk.
Head - low inward pull on the passing position
Chest - pulled back light flop and compress
Hips - lead the chest rotate to offset the chest
Legs - lead the action low bent steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position small toe flop
Arms - stretched downward minimal swing
Hands - overlap and drag from the swing of the arm
