Bent Over Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Bent Over Walk.
Head - light rotate down on the passing position
Chest - pulls even further inward on the passing position
Hips - Dip down on the passing position rotate to favor the next step
Legs - Bent small medium height steps
Feet - slight rotate forward with a little toe bend
Arms - swing back and forth mostly focused straight down with the swing coming from the forearm
Hands - follow the movement of the arms overlap and drag extended into the fingers and thumbs
