Hips Forward Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Hips Forward Walk.
Head - light tip forward on 12s
Chest  - side to side twist favoring the forward swinging arm
Hips - directing the movement protruding forward
Legs - drag behind the hips small steps
Feet - rotate back slide into the next step
Arms - follow the shoulders swing back with a forearm break on the swing forward
Hands - follow the movement of the arms extend into the fingers and thumbs
