Pendulum Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Pendulum Walk.
Head - light bounce and dip
Chest - puffed out and pulled back, light side to side compress and twist
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - low small steps
Feet - extra ball roll, drag back on the passing position land with a quick toe flop
Arms - left arm, light swing, right arm held out with a little keep alive
Hands - left hand follows and overlaps the swing of the arm, right hand holds the pendulum, light keep alive overlapping the movement of the arm and forearm
Pendulum - overlaps the movement of the hand, with successive light breaking of joints
