Gotta Go Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Gotta Go Walk.
Head - pulls back on the contact position
Chest - light release of the squash on the contact position
Hips - minimal up and down mixed with minimal side to side movement
Legs - straight leg on the passing position to emphasis weight
Feet - rotate down and forward then flat out on the contact position
Arms - Left arm medium swing back and forth Right arm waves left to right broken forearm
Hands - Left hand fist extends the swing and overlap Right hand extends the wave and breaking of joints into the hand fingers and thumbs
