Flop Up Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Flop Up Walk.
Head - pops up and flops down, overlap on the jaw
Chest - puffed out and over, extra stretch on the waist
Hips - rotate to offset the chest with overlap on the booty
Legs - high, medium steps
Feet - raised up, drag back and flop down, overlap on the toe
Arms - light raise and flop
Hands - loose clench, overlap and drag from the sway and flop of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers
