Sloppy Arms Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Sloppy Arms Walk.
Head - light bobble side to side and up and down
Chest - leaned far back minimal compress and twist
Hips - lead the chest offset and balance the movement
Legs - medium low steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position light toe flop
Arms - extra swing and drag
Hands - overlap and drag from the swing of the forearm which overlaps the arm extending the drag into the fingers and thumbs
