Today's Walk is a Watch Your Head Walk.
Head - light down and focused forward
Chest - curved inward light twist side to side
Hips - low light up and down and rotate to offset the chest
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position light toe flop
Arms - perched up protecting the head light up and down swing on the passing position
Hands - covering the head light up and down following the swing of the arms
