Head - delayed 3 frames from the hips to add extra drag
Chest - delayed 1 frame from the hips focused on line of action to show weight
Hips - offset the movement on the chest slight up and down
Legs - complimenting the line of action
Feet - bit of ball roll to allow the feet to stay planted longer toes drag
Arms - straight ahead to keep the feeling of weight
Hands - slip a bit on the weight of the box due to the constraints
