Head Shoulders Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Head, Shoulders Walk.
Head - straight ahead then leads the body as it reaches for the toes
Chest - puffed out then curves over to reach the knees and toes
Hips - light up and down to keep the weight of the walk, offsets the movement of the chest, dips down as the body bends to touch the knees and toes
Legs - low medium speed steps
Feet - rotate back lift up slightly with a toe flip
Arms - up by the head then collapse to the shoulders reach out to the knees and drop down to the toes
Hands - drag down from the head to the shoulders drag out from the shoulders to knees and overlap and settle on the toes extended into the fingers
