What the Walk - Walk a Day

Today's walk is a What the Walk!?
Head - light up and down on the steps drag and settle on the turn
Chest - puffs in and out on each step drags and follows through on the turn
Hips - up and down and rotate drag on the turn and lead on the next step
Legs - medium sized steps left leg drags with the turn
Feet - not too much rotate floppy toes
Arms - floppy and loose drag on the turn
Hands - overlap and follow through offset with a delay on the thumb, ring and index finger

Wrong Way Walk - Walk a Day

Today's walk is a Wrong Way Walk.
Head - bit of up and down on the steps turns and leads the action the other way
Chest - some in and out to allow for breathing follows the head and directs the movement
Hips - stick out a bit turn and allow the legs to change direction
Legs - light steps with a quick turn pause and change direction
Feet - a little bit of rotate and floppy toes
Arms - overlap and drag with a wide spin
Hands - drag and follow through

Last Steps - Walk a Day

Today's walk is a Last Steps Walk.
Head - a little in and out pulls down and drags back with the drop
Chest - puffs in and out with the steps pulls down and drags back
Hips - up and down and rotate with each step to offset the chest and follow the legs stops and then falls quickly with the drop
Legs - casual steps freeze then drag downward quickly
Feet - a bit of rotate with floppy toes
Arms - exaggerated swinging to a moving hold then fly upward as he falls
Hands - overlap and follow through the motion from the arms fingers add a bit of extra drag

Fist Steps Walk

Today's walk is a First Steps Walk
Head - Dips down and pulls back following the chest and the hips
Chest - Drops down with the hips and pulls back up to keep balance
Hips - attempt to keep balance to offset the rest of the body sticks out a bit more than a normal walk
Arms - out stretched to drive the movement rotated up and down dragging behind the movement of the hips
Hands - overlap follow through from the arms
Legs - wide gait to better allow for balance first step hits hard second is a bit more cautious
Feet - rotate back and flop forward

Dribble Walk

Today's walk is a Dribble Walk.
Head - looking side to side
Chest - puffs in and out
Hips - rotated downward slight up and down and rotate to offset the hips
Legs - bent with a wide gait
Feet - rotated outward little bit of heel and toe flop
Arms - left out to protect rotates toward the chest and away right rotates up and down to allow for the ball bounce
Hands - left rotates in and out to overlap the arm thumb and fingers slightly drag right hands rotate and follow through with the ball to allow for a bit of force to push the ball downward fingers drag and overlap

Toss and Walk

Today's walk is a Toss and Walk.
Head - slight bob up and down and in and out
Chest - puffs lightly
Hips - subtle rotate to offset the chest with little dips downward before the upward movement
Legs - rhythmic move to a beat
Feet - floppy toes light rotate
Arms - left arm gingerly glides forward and back with overlap and drag right arm tossing a ball with a little give forward and back to match the walk
Hands - left overlap and drag with extra overlap on the thumb right grip and release on the ball with overlap and follow-through

Pitch Walk - Walk a Day

Today's walk is a Pitch Walk.
Head - focused forward pulls back to anticipate the movement and pulls backward to settle
Chest - compresses to anticipate the movement drags forward then pulls back to settle
Hips - balance the motion a little up and down and rotate to offset the chest
Legs - little step anticipation big step settle
Feet - bit of rotate backward, ball roll, heel roll and toe overlap
Arms - pull in to anticipate the action left arm directs the action and the right arm loops to throw then settles
Hands -overlap and drag with compressed fists to outstretched fingers
