Itchy Butt Walk - Walk a Day
Today's walk is an Itchy Butt Walk.
Head - lifts up on the passing position delayed from the chest for overlap
Chest - pulls back on the contact position and settles on the passing
Hips - slight up and down and side to side rotate offsets the chest
Legs - keep a steady pace
Feet - pull back and rotate forward
Arms - Left arm perched behind the chest Right arm swinging back and forth
Hands - Left hand itching the butt up and down Right hand successively breaking joints follow from the forearm

Umbrella Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is an Umbrella Walk.
Head - dips down and pulls back delayed 2 frames from the chest
Chest - compresses on the contact position
Hips - offset the chest and sway side to side
Legs - keep a steady pace tighten up on the passing position
Feet - rotate back on the passing position and forward on the contact
Arms - Left arm subtle back and forth Right arm successively breaking
Hands - Left hand holding tight to the umbrella Right hand overlapping the right arm movement with the thumb following through the movement
Head - dips down and pulls back delayed 2 frames from the chest

Cane Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is a Cane Walk.
Head - leans in and pulls back delayed 2 frames from the chest for overlap
Chest - pulls inward even further on the passing position
Hips - rotate to offset the chest
Legs - perpetually bent to emphasize the pain of stretching them out
Feet - slow labored steps barely lift off the floor rotate back and slight rotate forward before the contact
Arms - left arm pretty rigid on the cane right arm breaking like a pendulum
Hands - left hand clenches the cane tight on the lift and relaxes on the settle right hand overlaps the movement of the arm
Head - leans in and pulls back delayed 2 frames from the chest for overlap

Feet - slide back and flop down
Arms - left arm broken drag forward and flip back right arm straight to accentuate the weight of the trey
Hands - left hand broke delayed and overlapping right hand keep alive on the fingers
Head - light up and down rotate on the passing position
Chest - straightens out slightly on the passing positions
Hips - lots of side to side sway
Legs - straight legs on the passing position to accentuate the up and down of the hips
Feet - slide back and flop down
Arms - left arm broken drag forward and flip back right arm straight to accentuate the weight of the trey
Hands - left hand broke delayed and overlapping right hand keep alive on the fingers
