Uppity Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is an Uppity Walk.
Head - light tip of the head forward on 12s
Chest - puffs out a bit more on the passing position
Hips - not much up and down to keep them looking a bit more stiff accentuate the rotate on the side to side and front to back movement
Legs - very straight small steps
Feet - toes lift up and aim at the next step to seem very directed in the movement
Arms - slight swing bent and kept in toward the body
Hands - light rotate based off the movement of the arms very subtle grip for keep alive on the fingers

Head - drags down slows out to a lift up
Chest - concave to a puff out
Hips - low to high rotate to favor the foot stepping
Legs - slow low steps
Feet - rotate back with a toe flop
Arms - drag downward with a slight swing
Hands - follow the swing of the arms

Today's Walk is a Nah Walk
Head - side to side head shakes on 8s to offset the rest on 12 or 6s
Chest - light pull up on the passing position
Hips - slight dip down on the contact position rotates to favor the lead leg
Legs - slow steps straight leg on the passing position to accentuate weight
Feet - rotate back toe lead
Arms - bent in front of body subtle swing
Hands - side to side shakes
Head - side to side head shakes on 8s to offset the rest on 12 or 6s
