Fancy Drink Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Fancy Drink Walk.
Head - light tip as the glass raises
Chest - puffed out eases slightly on the passing position side to side rotate
Hips - rotate to offset the chest rotate to favor the dominate leg
Legs - slight bend low steps favors the straight leg
Feet - very low rotate back on the passing position little toe settle
Arms - Left arm swings minimally and and rotates back and down Right Arm raises the glass
Hands - Left hand swings to follow the arm and extend the overlap into the fingers and thumbs Right Hand light rotate to follow the movement of the arm and pinky finger drags a bit

Why I Oughta Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Why I Oughta Walk.
Head - focused straight ahead
Chest - light give on the passing position
Hips - Extra up and down and rotate to favor the next step
Legs - larger heavier steps
Feet - rotate back then flip forward before dropping down hard
Arms - Left arm very light swing right arm shaking fist
Hands - Left hand swings and slowly clenches right hand swings fist back and forth

Shrugs Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Shrugs Walk.
Head - tips forward on the contact position
Chest - stretches out a bit on the passing position
Hips - twist and say to accentuate the leading leg
Legs - lift up and slide into place low steps
Feet -  rotate back with a toe delay on the step
Arms - start from an over-exaggerated shoulder shrug on 12s then into a decent swing in the upper arm and the forearm only bends a little
Hands - follow the swinging of the arms and extend and overlap into the fingers and thumbs

Foot's Asleep Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Foot's Asleep Walk.
Head - light dip on the contact position
Chest - pulls back on the contact position
Hips - raise up slightly on the passing position
Legs - Left foot very low slow steps right foot high stompy steps
Feet - Left foot light rotate back Right Foot rotates back and flops forward
Arms - bent swing slight ease on the forearm
Hands - subtle swing extended into the fingers and thumbs
