Head Dip Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Head Dip Walk.
Head - Dips down on the passing position
Chest - pulls up and forward on the passing position
Hips - offset the chest and rotate to favor the prominent step
Legs - slight straight on the passing position low to the ground steps
Feet - rotate back then slide into the next step little toe drag
Arms - favor the front and back of the swing slight break
Hands - follow the movement of the arms extend the overlap and drag into the fingers and thumbs

Bent Over Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Bent Over Walk.
Head - light rotate down on the passing position
Chest - pulls even further inward on the passing position
Hips - Dip down on the passing position rotate to favor the next step
Legs - Bent small medium height steps
Feet - slight rotate forward with a little toe bend
Arms - swing back and forth mostly focused straight down with the swing coming from the forearm
Hands - follow the movement of the arms overlap and drag extended into the fingers and thumbs

Gotta Go Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Gotta Go Walk.
Head - pulls back on the contact position
Chest - light release of the squash on the contact position
Hips - minimal up and down mixed with minimal side to side movement
Legs - straight leg on the passing position to emphasis weight
Feet - rotate down and forward then flat out on the contact position
Arms - Left arm medium swing back and forth Right arm waves left to right broken forearm
Hands - Left hand fist extends the swing and overlap Right hand extends the wave and breaking of joints into the hand fingers and thumbs

Stuck Foot Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Stuck Foot Walk.
Head - pulls away from the body and drags back
Chest - strains away from the foot then pulls back
Hips - arc away from the stuck foot then revert then arc away even farther
Legs - Left leg bending Right leg emphasizing the strain by the straight leg
Feet - Left foot firmly planted Right foot trying to move excess ball roll
Arms - slow swing back quick swing forward
Hands - overlap and drag from the movement of the arms
