Let's Go Surfing Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Let's Go Surfing Walk.
Head - pulls in on 12s
Chest - pulls back and forward on respective passing positions
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - bent sideways steps
Feet - rotate back and plop down light toe flip
Arms - rotate down and back to compliment the movement of the chest extend the overlap into the forearm
Hands - extend the overlap of the arms into the fingers and thumbs as well

Primal Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Primal Walk.
Head - dips down on the passing position
Chest - curved over pulls up a bit on the contact position
Hips - scrunch down on the passing position
Legs - medium short steps legs pull up into the chest on the passing position
Feet - light rotate back on the passing position toes drag down
Arms - medium swing forearms barely swing
Hands - follow the rotate of the arm extend the movement into overlapping fingers and thumbs

Choke Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Choke Walk.
Head - pulls back, tips up and mouth drops on 12s
Chest - pulls back slightly on the passing position
Hips - sway side to side with each step and rotate to offset the hips
Legs - medium even steps
Feet - rotate back and plop into place with a little toe flop
Arms - Left arm pulling at right arm down and away Right arm pulling down and away on the neck
Hands - Left hand grasps right forearm and pulls down and away Right hand grips tight around the neck and releases slightly

Shoulder Chip Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Shoulder Chip Walk.
Head - forward focused with a slight dip down on 12s
Chest - pulls back and puffs out on the contact position
Hips - offset the chest
Legs - rigid small steps straight leg heavy
Feet - low to the ground steps bit of a toe rotate
Arms - left arm swinging away forearm breaks right arm brushing off the shoulder
Hands - left hand delayed and following the swing of the arm extending the movement into the fingers and thumbs right hand brushing off the shoulder overlaps and follows through the movement of the arm extended the overlap into the fingers and thumb
