Side Creep Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is a Side Creep Walk.
Head - light dip and release delayed off the passing position
Chest - compresses on the passing position rotated to favor the left side
Hips - rotate to offset the chest light up and down
Legs - medium bent steps
Feet - rotate back and drop forward little toe flop
Arms - perched upward near chest slight swing extended into the forearm
Hands - drag from the arm swing extended subtly into the fingers

Today's Walk is a Keep on Truckin' Walk.
Head - dips back then a light lean forward
Chest - pulled back
Hips - slow back rotated
Legs - Long slow steps forward leg maintains a straight leg
Feet - ball roll into a heel roll exaggerated toe
Arms -bent back into straight ahead and up
Hands - follow the swing of the arms overlap the movement and extend it into the fingers
Head - dips back then a light lean forward
Chest - pulled back
Hips - slow back rotated
Legs - Long slow steps forward leg maintains a straight leg

Head - Focused forward light dip on the passing position
Chest - puffed out and curved forward rotates to offset the hips
Hips - bent out and back extra side to side rotate
Legs - medium bent steps
Feet - slip and rotate back then land into place extra ball roll
Arms - perched with a light swing subtle forearm sway
Hands - exaggerate the swing of the arm extend the overlap into the fingers
