That One Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a That One Walk.
Head - dips inward and tips out
Chest - light puff out pulls back then falls forward
Hips - offset the chest and rotate to favor the next step
Legs - medium low steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position with a little toe drag
Arms - (Left Arm) medium swing with lightly broken forearm (Right Arm) slight point drag and raise up then pushed hand even further forward
Hands - (Left Hand) follows the swing of the arm extend overlap and drag into the fingers and thumb (Right Hand) light tip forward angled straight up and held slightly then drags and rotates forward

Nope Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Nope Walk.
Head - straight forward dips forward further light side to side shakes toward the end
Chest - curved inward light release on the passing position pushed forward a bit more before walking backward
Hips - light up and down forward push a bit further before moving back
Legs - medium steps forward pause then smaller steps back
Feet - rotate down and back on the passing position light toe drag
Arms - Left arm light swing exaggerated on the pause before moving back Right up slight swing up then settle down
Hands - left hand swings following the movement of the arm right hand light tip upward and point to a more downward open palm shake

Creepy Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Creepy Walk.
Head - bent inward light raise on the passing position
Chest - caved inward light release on the passing position
Hips - dip down on the passing position and twist to favor the next step
Legs - high medium steps
Feet - rotate and drag back toe flop
Arms - crouched and bent inward light swing inward forearm pushes out
Hands - gnarled and grasping light finger tighten and release

Get Out Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Get Out Walk.
Head - light dip forward and out
Chest - light cave inward twists side to side
Hips - light up and down rotates to favor the next step
Legs - medium low to the ground steps
Feet - rotate back and scuff forward
Arms - left arm light swing back and forth right arm out in front of the body swings back to slightly behind the head
Hands - left hand follows the swing of the left arm with a little bit of overlap and drag extended into the fingers right hand little finger shake point out to thumb flip back
