One Legged Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a One Legged Walk.
Head - Dips up and out on the passing position
Chest - puffed out light give on the passing position
Hips - double bounce extra up and down
Leg - low medium hop
Foot - light rotate back heavy toe flop
Arms - held up around the hips light swing backward
Hands - swing overlapping the movement of the arms extending into the fingers and thumb

Huffy Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Huffy Walk.
Head - focused forward light bounce on the passing position
Chest - puffed out extra heave up on the passing position
Hips - lower minimal up and down rotate and twist to offset the chest
Legs - low to the ground medium steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position heavy toe flop
Arms - down at the sides very minimal swing
Hands - clenched fist light swing overlapping the swing of the arms

Watch Your Head Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Watch Your Head Walk.
Head - light down and focused forward
Chest - curved inward light twist side to side
Hips - low light up and down and rotate to offset the chest
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position light toe flop
Arms - perched up protecting the head light up and down swing on the passing position
Hands - covering the head light up and down following the swing of the arms

Look Back Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Look Back Walk.
Head - angled to the side pushes further back with a light recoil
Chest - caved inward light up and down on the passing position pushes further to the side and back
Hips - light up and down and side to side
Legs - medium steps
Feet - rotate back with a light toe flop
Arms - left arm light swing back and settle right arm light swing upward and settle
Hands - overlap the swing of the arm lightly extended into the fingers
