Baby Steps Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Baby Steps Walk.
Head - light dip down then look up
Chest - curved inward and forward very minimal shake
Hips - rotate to offset the chest minimal shake to emphasize a sense of instability
Legs - bent slow cautious steps
Feet - light rotate back slow toe flop
Arms - cautiously outstretched reach further out
Hands - slow extend and reach following the movement of the arms

Knuckle Dragging Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Knuckle Dragging Walk.
Head - low minimal bounce down on the passing position
Chest - extra curve and bend downward light compress and release
Hips - rotate to offset the chest low to the ground
Legs - extra bent leg low small steps
Feet - big feet rotate back on the passing position medium toe flop
Arms - drag on the ground minimal swing
Hands - drag on the ground light rotate and drag on the wrist and the fingers

Spare Tire Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Spare Tire Walk.
Head - minute head jut outward and relax
Chest - extra thick, light squash and stretch extra side to side twist
Hips - rotate to offset the chest
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - spread apart, heavy toe flop
Arms - perched up and outward near the upper chest
Hands - light overlapping swing extending into the fingers

Bend Back Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Bend Back Walk.
Head - pulls back and out then settles forward
Chest - puffed out and leaned back
Hips - lead the action rotate to offset the chest
Legs - help maintain balance extra bend low medium steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position with extra drag and rotate flop
Arms - outstretched to help with balance light swing
Hands - overlap and drag from the swing of the arm and forearm extending into the fingers and thumbs
