Self Hug Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Self Hug Walk.
Head - light dip and roll
Chest - caved inward extra side to side twist and sway
Hips - rotate to offset the chest extra side to side swing
Legs - low small steps
Feet - rotated inward light drag on the passing position small toe flop
Arms - holding the chest tightly light side to side swing
Hands - overlap the drag of the arm and forearm light shoulder / side rub drag extending into the fingers

Irritated Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is an Irritated Walk.
Head - light squish
Chest - puffed out slight twist and side to side compression
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - medium high steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position flip back before flopping down
Arms - extra swing forearm overlaps and drags
Hands - clenched fists overlap and delay from the swing of the arm and forearm

Short Legs Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Short Legs Walk.
Head- focused forward light dip back and forward on the neck
Chest - puffed out side swivel and rotate
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - small low steps
Feet - light drag back with a little toe flop
Arms - swing low overlapping forearm
Hands - overlap and drag from the swing of the arm and forearm extending into the fingers and thumb

Stick Drag Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Stick Drag Walk.
Head - drags back and pushes forward
Chest - puffed out leads the movement and pulls back
Hips - offset the movement and rotate of the chest light up and down
Legs - low medium steps left leg leads
Feet - rotate back on the passing position little toe flop
Arms - left arm light swing with and overlapping forearm right arm drags light pull forward
Hands - clenched fists overlap and drag from the swing of the arms
