Chest - puffed out light side to side twist and compress
Hips - rotate to favor the next step and offset the chest
Legs - medium steps
Feet - extra ball and heel roll drag back on the passing position light toe flop
Arms - medium swing
Hands - light clench overlap and drag from the swing of the arm and forearm

Wobblesaurus Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Wobblesaurus Walk.
Head - light bounce overlapping from the movement of the chest
Chest - bent over and inward light compress and release
Hips - bit of up and down rotates to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - medium high steps
Feet - drag back and flop down slight toe flop
Arms - perched up near the chest light swing
Hands - dangle down overlap and drag from the swing of the arm and forearm small drag, flop and fidget on the fingers

Stairs Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Stairs Walk.
Head - light drag down on the passing position
Chest - leaned forward and inward small compress and release
Hips - light side to side twist and rotate
Legs - medium high steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position lift up before flopping over on the the next step
Arms - medium swing
Hands - clenched overlap from the swing of the arm and forearm
