Broken Arms Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Broken Arms Walk.
Head - falls back then springs forward
Chest - curls inward and pulls back with each step
Hips - offset the chest and translate up and down to add a bit of bounce to the steps
Legs - bend and bend a bit more
Feet - rotate back and ball roll forward floppy toes
Arms - broken broken broken
Hands - wrists broken as well to follow the movement of the arms to keep up with the successive breaking of joints allowing for extra fluidity

Carrying the Feast Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Carrying the Feast Walk.
Head - Pulls down and forward with each step and then pulls back in anticipation for the next
Chest - responds to the weight of the feast plate
Hips - rotate in response to the chest dip down lower before the high passing point
Legs - Slow steps constantly bent to show the weight of the feast plate
Feet - Rotate back with floppy toes
Arms - slight break back on the contact position to emphasize the weight
Hands - left hand slips off the plate a bit and grabs back

Waitress Walk - Walk a Day

Today's walk is a waitress walk.
Head - slight bob inward and outward
Chest - squashes to the side with the hips on each step
Hips - sticking the butt out a bit with a bit or rotate to add some waggle to the hiney
Legs - some extra bend on the down before the extreme up on the passing position
Feet - a bit static and vanilla since everything else is very lively
Arms - left arm a bit broken to loosen the movement up right arm holding a tray bent up ward with a bit of back and forth movement on each step
Hands - Left overlaps and follow through Right constrained to the tray with some subtle finger moves

Vitality Walk - Walk a Day

Today's walk is a Vitality Walk!
Head - pulls down a bit on the up position
Chest - slight rotate in conjunction with the hips to keep it alive and simulate breathing
Hips - bouncy lowest point before the high passing position
Legs - lots of straights on the contact and passing postion
Feet - toes broken to add extra flop rotate pushed
Arms - completely broken forearm leads the action
Hands - overlap and follow through from the arms

Big Boy Walk - Walk a Day

Today's walk is a Big Boy Walk (inspired by the wonderful Dick Tracy Villain)
Head - Bobs a bit with each step
Chest - bent inward gives a little to allow for breathing
Hips - move downward on the contact frame
Legs - constantly bent with a higher than normal foot drop before the contact frame
Feet - pound a bit heavy with each step with a smattering of heel roll and toe roll to loosen them up
Arms - stay bent for the majority of the movement with a little overlap and slight break
Hands - slight overlap and follow through

That Dame Walk - Walk a Day

Today's walk is all about that Dame!
Head - straight forward sways with the movement of the chest
Chest - compresses and stretches with each sway of the hips
Hips - Sway up and over and back and over with each step really moving the weight of the hips
Legs - follow and balance out the movement from the hips
Feet - a bit of over exaggerated toes to add more readability to the steps
Arms - sway with the hips a bit more subtle to keep the focus on the the hips
Hands - overlap and follow through from the movement of the arms right hand fingers a little more exaggerated to offset less movement in that arm but keep it interesting
