Foot's Asleep Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Foot's Asleep Walk.
Head - light dip on the contact position
Chest - pulls back on the contact position
Hips - raise up slightly on the passing position
Legs - Left foot very low slow steps right foot high stompy steps
Feet - Left foot light rotate back Right Foot rotates back and flops forward
Arms - bent swing slight ease on the forearm
Hands - subtle swing extended into the fingers and thumbs

Safest Way to Walk Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is the Safest Way to Walk Walk.
Head - light dip on the passing position
Chest - pulls inward on the passing position
Hips - sway back and forth and lift up on the passing position
Legs - high steps on 16s instead of the usual 12s
Feet - drag down on the step up
Arms - swing forward and back light break on the forearm
Hands - follow the swing of the arms extend into the fingers and thumbs

Sprained Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Sprained Walk.
Head - slight give on the passing position
Chest - eases in slightly on the passing position
Hips - extra up and down on the passing position that favors the sprained leg
Legs - sprained leg perpetually bent as to not allow full weight of the body to injure it more
Feet - left foot short small steps right foot rotates just a little bit on the passing position
Arms - hang down with a slight bend at the elbow give just a hair on the swing forward
Hand - do a subtle rotate back drag on the back swing of the arm

Coming in for a Landing Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Coming in for a Landing Walk.
Head - dips down slowly to an ease in
Chest - bends down with a slow ease
Hips - side to side weight shift and rotate with an offset to compensate for the chest bend
Legs - bent leg medium steps
Feet -  a bit floppy in the rotate and toe
Arms - held slightly behind and outstretched gradually ease down
Hands - follow the movement of the arms and rotate down slowly
