Lazy Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is a Lazy Walk.
Head - light sway
Chest - slight twist to offset the rotate of the hips
Hips - bent over with a little bit of rotate to favor the next step
Legs - bent medium delayed steps
Feet - slip and rotate back then drag to a flop
Arms - minimal swing dragged downward
Hands - subtle drag back and forth to compliment the movement of the arm extended into the fingers

Itchy Leg Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is an Itchy Leg Walk.
Head - light dip down and inward on the peak of the passing position
Chest - compresses inward and down on the peak of the passing position
Hips - extra long hold on the upward position rotate to offset the chest
Legs - slow high steps
Feet - excess ball roll toe drag and flop
Arms - bent inward held near the chest perched ready to itch
Hands - follow the movement of the arms with extra quick rotate and drag to allow for itching overlap extended into the fingers
Head - light dip down and inward on the peak of the passing position
Chest - compresses inward and down on the peak of the passing position

Today's Walk is a Beg Walk.
Head - light dip inward on the passing position
Chest - compresses even more on the passing position to enhance the squash
Hips - rotate to offset the legs and chest minimal side to side weight shift
Legs - low to the ground bent small steps
Feet - extra ball roll rotate back on the passing position
Arms - out in front of the chest arched very light rotate
Hands - clasped together tightly
Head - light dip inward on the passing position
Chest - compresses even more on the passing position to enhance the squash
Hips - rotate to offset the legs and chest minimal side to side weight shift
Legs - low to the ground bent small steps
Feet - extra ball roll rotate back on the passing position
Arms - out in front of the chest arched very light rotate
