Which Way Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Which Way Walk.
Head - slight tilt looks left right then back again
Chest - curved inward light twist left larger twist right then back again
Hips - twist to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - low medium steps on 16s
Feet - rotate back with a lite toe flop
Arms - alert and bent inward toward the chest light raise up and down
Hands - light tilt follow the movement of the arms very subtle finger clench

Hunch Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Hunch Walk.
Head - tilted to the side light twist further then settle
Chest - caved inward and twisted attempts to slightly untwist then twists back
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - slow dragging steps
Feet - drag down rotate back up with a light toe flop
Arms - light swing favor the direct down position
Hands - follow the swing of the arm with a bit of overlap and drag extended into the fingers

Facepalm Walk - Walk a Day

Today's walk is a Facepalm Walk.
Head - facing down dips down further to meet the hand
Chest - light puff to an inward curve
Hips - twist to favor the next step and rotate to offset the chest
Legs - small low to the ground steps 
Feet - rotate back with a little toe action
Arms - left arm minimal swing very minimal forearm right arm out in front of body anticipates the facepalm then swings in toward the head
Hands - left hand follows the swing of the arm with a little drag right hand palm open drags down and the arm swings up then flops on the face

Frightened Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Frightened Walk.
Head - very focused forward dips down lightly
Chest - curved inward curves ever so slightly more inward with light side to side twists
Hips - slow up and down twist and rotates to favor the next step back and offset the chest
Legs - slow low dragging steps
Feet - rotate back and drag the toe back as well
Arms - perched out in front of the body left hand pulls in closer right hand pushes out further
Hands - out in front of body to protect slight clench on the fingers
