Booty Wiggle Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Booty Wiggle Walk.
Head - focused forward light tilt up and chin out
Chest - puffed out curved away from the hips
Hips - Wiggle and waggle back and forth sway and rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - medium low steps extra straight leg on the passing position
Feet - low to the ground light rotate back
Arms - close the the body light swing
Hands - follow the swing of the arms extending into the fingers and thumbs

Antagonizing Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is an Antagonizing Walk.
Head - focused forward light tilt side to side
Chest - puffed out puffs out further then settles
Hips - excess side to side and rotate to favor the next step
Legs - extra straight leg small low to the ground steps
Feet - rotate back light toe flop
Arms - minimal swing shoulder raise and drop
Hands - Left hand clenched stretches out and closes into a fist Right hand clenched fist

Cautious Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Cautious Walk.
Head - focused forward with a light dip tip inward right before the passing position
Chest - bent inward pushed further in and down on the passing position left hip twist heavy to open the chest more toward camera
Hips - low rotate to favor the next stepping leg and twisting to offset the chest
Legs - low to the ground medium steps excess bend at the knee
Feet - medium high passing position lift rotate back then hit forward
Arms - Left arm very minimalistic swing Right arm even less swing
Hands - left hand follows the swing of the left arm right hand light curl of the fingers and tilt of the wrist to signal to whoever is walking behind
