Today's Walk is a Locomotion Walk.
Head - pulls down and out focused forward
Chest - light hunch twists side to side on the passing position
Hips - rotates to offset the chest and twists to favor the next step
Legs - low small steps
Feet - light rotate back on the passing position with a toe flop
Arms - bent inward by the chest swing to create small opposing circles
Hands - overlap and drag from the swing of the arms

Ohh La La Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is an Ohh La La Walk.
Head - straight forward look with a light tilt to the left and right and back
Chest - puffed out sways side to side on the passing position
Hips - light side to side sway and rotate to offset the chest
Legs - low small steps
Feet - rotated inward rotate back on the passing position with a light toe flop
Arms - outstretched light swing up and down extended and delayed into the forearm
Hands - overlap the swing of the forearm extending into the fingers and thumbs

Fancy Glide Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Fancy Glide Walk.
Head - tips up and out on the passing position
Chest - puffed out light relax on the passing position
Hips - extra up and down rotate to offset the chest and twists to favor the next step
Legs - low to the ground long steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position toe flop on the contact
Arms - left arm light swing back right arm light swing up
Hands - follow the swing of the arms left hand extended overlap and drag into the fingers and thumb right hand tilt up and swing down on the passing position

Stare Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Stare Walk.
Head - light down and forward eyes and eyelids focus in
Chest - puffed out with a tilt and lean on the passing position
Hips - sway out on the passing position
Legs - medium bent leg steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position lift up and flop down
Arms - swing with a broken forearm on the swing forward
Hands - delay and overlap following the forearm extending into the fingers and thumbs
