Bowling Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Bowling Walk.
Head - pulls back, leans forward and settles
Chest - puffed out, flops inward and pulls back
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, drops down on the passing position
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - lightly rotated outward, drag back on the passing position with a little toe flop
Arms - Left arm hangs down with a little swing, Right arm raises up, pulls back and flings forward
Hands - Left hand overlaps from the swing of the arm and forearm, Right hand holds the ball, overlaps back and swings forward following the movement of the arm and forearm extending into the fingers

Pointing Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Pointing Walk.
Head - tipped back with a light head shake
Chest - puffed out, light side to side twist and compress
Hips - favor the left side, rotate to offset the chest with a little up and down
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - light rotate outward, drag back on the passing position with a little toe flop
Arms - Left arm held out in front of the body, Right arm dangles down with a little swing
Hands - Left hand points forward, light keep alive overlapping the movement of the arm and forearm, Right hand swings to overlap the movement of the arm and forearm extending into the fingers and thumb




Toy Soldier Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Toy Soldier Walk.
Head - light bounce outward and pull in
Chest - puffed out, extra compress and release
Hips - light side to side sway, rotate to offset the chest
Legs - straight leg, low to the ground steps
Feet - swing forward and rotate up, light toe overlap
Arms - hang down with a little swing
Hands - Left Hand holds the rifle, light drag overlapping the swing of the arm and forearm, Right hand light swing overlapping the movement of the arm and forearm extending into the fingers

Artillery Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is an Artillery Walk.
Head - light bounce and dip
Chest - bent over with a little twist and compress
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - medium low side steps
Feet - rotated outward, left foot leads the action, drag back on the passing position with a little toe flop
Arms - held upward near the chest with a little swing
Hands - clench the gun, light overlap and drag from the swing of the arms and forearms
