Bilious Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Bilious Walk.
Head - bent over and dipped down, with a minimal bounce
Chest - bent over, light side to side twist and compress
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and cradle the belly
Legs - low, small slow steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position with a little toe flop
Arms - bent inward, holding the stomach
Hands - cradle the belly, light sway and relax

Knuckle Stand Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Knuckle Stand Walk.
Head - leaned back, little bounce and flop from the neck
Chest - light compress and release twists and rotates to favor the next hand movement
Hips - upside down, overlap and offset the movement of the chest
Legs - loose swing
Feet - overlap and drag from the sway of the legs and shins extending into the toes
Arms - prop the body up, low small movements
Hands - clenched, drag back on the passing position, grip loosens on the passing position as well

Hooligan Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Hooligan Walk.
Head - tilted and swayed to the side, light sway side to side
Chest - leaned to the side, light compress and twist side to side
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and allow for the next step
Legs - low, medium steps
Feet - rotated outward, drag back on the passing position with a heavy toe flop
Arms - hang down in front, medium side to side swing
Hands - rest and dangle downward with a light sway overlapping the movement of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers and thumbs
