Wind Up Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is a Wind Up Walk.
Head - light bounce with a little overlap on the chin
Chest - puffed out, light sway and compress side to side
Hips - extra side to side sway, rotate to offset the chest
Legs - low small, wide steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position, land with a little toe flop
Arms - bent inward, light sway side to side and small swing
Hands - loose clench, light overlap and sway following the movement of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers
Head - light bounce with a little overlap on the chin
Chest - puffed out, light sway and compress side to side
Hips - extra side to side sway, rotate to offset the chest
Legs - low small, wide steps

Balance Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is a Balance Walk.
Head - light tip and sway side to side
Chest - puffed out, light compress and sway side to side
Hips - rotate and twist to offset the chest
Legs - low, small-wide steps
Feet - swing out and flop down with a little toe overlap
Arms - hang down with a light side to side swing
Hands - clench the pole, light dip and sway overlapping the movement of the arms
Head - light tip and sway side to side
Chest - puffed out, light compress and sway side to side
Hips - rotate and twist to offset the chest
Legs - low, small-wide steps
Feet - swing out and flop down with a little toe overlap

Conqueror Walk - Walk a Day
Today's Walk is a Conqueror Walk.
Head - hung forward and low with a light bounce
Chest - puffed out, light side to side sway and compress
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and sway to allow for the next step
Legs - low, medium-long steps,
Feet - rotate back on the passing position with a little toe flop on the contact
Arms - left arm hangs down and back with a little swing, right arm held up, light keep alive and raise,
Hands - left hand hangs down with a little sway overlapping and dragging from the movement of the arm and forearm, right hand holds the hammer, light dip down and raise up with a bit of a tighter clench on the fingers
Head - hung forward and low with a light bounce
Chest - puffed out, light side to side sway and compress
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and sway to allow for the next step
Legs - low, medium-long steps,
Feet - rotate back on the passing position with a little toe flop on the contact
Arms - left arm hangs down and back with a little swing, right arm held up, light keep alive and raise,
