Stomp Walk - Walk a Day

Today's walk is a Stomp Walk
Head - delayed neck to loosen up the head
Chest - slight lean back on the contact position
Hips - down low on the passing position offsets the chest
Legs - raise highest before the contact position to add weight to the steps
Feet - don't lift up right away and slam down hard to add weight to the stomp rotate back and forward along with the toes to add floppiness and
Arms - pretty rigid swing forward and back to keep focus on the feet
Hands - overlap the movement of the arms
