Head - gives on the passing position and pulls down on the contact
Chest - squashes to the sides and pulls back on the passing position
Hips - rotate to complement the foot that leads the movement
Legs - bent with a higher up lift before the contact position
Feet - Drag back to rotate and fall forward toes exaggerated
Arms - Swing back and break then compress forward
Hands - overlap the action of the arms and fingers snap
