Back Pain Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Back Pain Walk.
Head - light dip inward then back out again
Chest - minimal side to side rotate to offset the rotate of the hips
Hips - up and down mixed with side to side rotate to favor the stepping hip
Legs - slow low to the ground steps
Feet - slight rotate back with a little toe flop
Arms - perched to put pressure on the back up a little bit of rotate on the forearm for overlap
Hands - extend the movement of the arms light rotate and keep alive on the fingers
