Thirsty Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Thirsty Walk.
Head - extends out then dips down further
Chest - puffed out light compression on the passing position
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and allow for the legs to push forward
Legs - bent with weight on the knees
Feet - excess toe and ball roll small low liftoff steps
Arms - left arm holding up the body right arm reaching out extends and then settles
Hands - left hand secure on the ground to keep the body steady tighter grip on the fingers right hand extends outward along with the fingers and thumbs then settles back
