Head - focused forward then pulls in flops out and faceplants
Chest - curved inward then flops out and splats
Hips - twist to favor the next step rotates to offset the chest
Legs - low bent leg steps feet slip and flop up and back
Feet - rotate back with a lite toe flop left leg bends back and flips up
Arms - light swing back and for then both swing forward and the body swings downward forearm drags
Hands - follow the swing of the arm and extend into the fingers left hand flicks up at the end while the right hand flops flat
