What Did You Do Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a What Did You Do Walk.
Head - light tip inward and back out
Chest - puffed out minimal twist side to side to offset the hip twist
Hips - pushed out and back twist to favor the prominent leg
Legs - medium steps
Feet - rotate back heel roll forward toe flop
Arms - Left arm light swing Right arm quick swing slight forearm break
Hands - Left hand finger wag with a little delay on the index finger Right Hand delay and overlap the movement of the arm extend into the fingers
