Mopey Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Mopey Walk.
Head - down tilt with a light dip on the passing position
Chest - caved inward light release back on the passing position
Hips - rotate to offset the hips and twist to favor the next step
Legs - small medium slow steps
Feet - rotate out and down on the passing position with a light toe flop
Arms - hang down close to the body light swing
Hands hand down and drag following the swing of the forearm
