Push'em Back Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Push'em Back Walk.
Head - neck dips down followed by the head
Chest - caved inward pushed farther forward and down
Hips - twist to favor the next step light up and down
Legs - medium bent leg steps
Feet - rotate back flop forward
Arms - bent forward stretch further out
Hands - bend further back extended into the fingers
