Straight Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Straight Walk.
Head - forward light tip up and settle
Chest - puffed out and straight up with a light compression on the passing position
Hips - light up and down and side to side
Legs - medium low to the ground steps focus on the straight leg
Feet - rotate back on the passing position light toe flop
Arms - minimal swing
Hands - light delay and overlap following the swing of the arms
