Head - focused forward with a light dip forward and down
Chest - bent inward twists side to side to keep balance and favor the next step
Hips - light up and down rotates to offset the chest and keep balance
Legs - medium slow steps
Feet - light rotate inward feet rotate back on the passing position light toe flop and drag
Arms - up light sway side to side on the passing positions
Hands - follow and drag from the swing of the arms extending into the fingers
