Incline Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is an Incline Walk.
Head - minimal raise and drop on the passing position
Chest - puffed out pulls up on the passing position then compresses
Hips - extra up and down rotate to offset the chest and twist to favor the next step
Legs - medium low steps bent upward
Feet - rotate back on the passing position slow in to the passing position light toe flop
Arms - Left arm drags behind light bounce, Right arm leads the movement light bounce
Hands - bounce to overlap and drag from the movement of the arm extending into the fingers
