Snap Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Snap Walk.
Head - light bounce
Chest - bent inward light compress and release
Hips - minimal sway side to side rotate to offset the chest
Legs - low small steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position light toe flop
Arms - left arm low swing right arm raise and release
Hands - left hand drags from the swing of the left arm right hand pulls back and flops down on the snap fingers extend and delay from the swing of the hand
